Urboshi has been involved with Reading Empowers for two years as a volunteer at both P.S. 184 and P.S. 1. Having participated in tutoring programs at local elementary schools in both high school and college, she thought Reading Empowers would be the perfect opportunity to continue her interest in community service and engagement post grad.

From Boston originally and graduated from Cornell in 2013, she currently works for Aon Hewitt as an executive compensation consultant, specializing in compensation design and regulatory guidance for large financial services institutions. When she's not working or volunteering, you can find her in her kitchen trying out a new recipe or pouring over my favorite food blogs - She love to cook! She also enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and of course, reading.
